Consequently, our remuneration is not solely determined by hours; rather, it is meticulously tailored to the significance, risk, complexity, jurisdiction, and parties involved, as well as any cross-border dimensions of the matter.  

Our exclusive Standing Counsel line, available to our clients 24/7/365, is fully encompassed within this fee. 

All engagements are undertaken on the basis of a formal contract for services, governed by specific terms and conditions tailored to the assignment. These terms are invariably enclosed with the relevant quotation and/or order confirmation.
