Het uurtarief zal per aangelegenheid
worden bepaald aan de hand van de volgende factoren, het rechtsgebied, de vorm van rechtsbijstand (advies, planning of procesbijstand)  omvang van de aangelegenheid, het belang,
de spoed, de complexiteit, het multidisciplinaire aspect
en eventueel het internationale karakter.
Bandbreedte uurtarief vanaf Euro 300,- tot Euro 500,- plus.

Afhankelijk van de aangelegenheid kan er ook een
andere uurtarief c.q. prijs worden afgesproken.

the scope of the matter, the stakes, urgency,
complexity, the multidiciplinary aspect and possible the international nature.
Variation in hourly rate from Euro 300,- to Euro 500,- or more. 
Depending on the case, a different hourly rate or price can be agreed on.
