Normaliter werken wij met een uurtarief.
Het uurtarief zal worden bepaald aan de hand
van het rechtsgebied, de vorm van rechtsbijstand
(advies, planning of procesbijstand)  omvang van
de aangelegenheid, het belang, de spoed,
de complexiteit, het multidisciplinaire aspect
en eventueel het internationale karakter.
Afhankelijk van de aangelegenheid kan er tevens sprake
zijn van bijkomende kosten zoals bijvoorbeeld griffierechten
en dergelijke.

The hourly rate will be determined based on the area of law,
the type of legal assistance, (advise, planning, litigation)
the scope of the matter, the stakes, urgency,
complexity, the multidiciplinary aspect and possible the international nature. 
Depending on the matter, we can also inform you about any
additional costs, such as court fees et cetera.
